"Arrived on time, but handled carelessly"
My order from sweetcare did show up on time, but the packaging was disappointing. One of the boxes was crushed, and the cream jar had leaked a little inside the parcel. It really looked like it had been tossed around or packed without much care. The product itself seems fine to use, but for the price, I expected it to arrive clean, sealed, and in better condition. Not a great experience

"Lots of stuff in one place"
I like using Sweetcare mainly because they just have so much this and that to choose from. I can usually find skincare, hair products, supplements, and even a few brands that are hard to get where I live. The prices kind of go up and down, but there’s normally enough choice that I can still find something that works. It’s just easier ordering a bunch of different things together instead of jumping between a ton of sites...

"Quick and painless checkout"
Checkout was actually straightforward, which I appreciated because I hate wasting time on that stuff. The payment options were easy to spot, with card and PayPal right there, and nothing gave me any trouble. Nice to have a few ways to pay without turning it into a whole process.

I ordered this on Monday and, based on the shipping info, I thought it would take longer. So I felt a little misled there, but in a good way I guess, because it ended up showing up by Wednesday. Didn’t expect it that fast at all, so I’m happy with how it turned out.

My order showed up quickly, which was nice, but two of the items had expiration dates that were way too close for comfort. I don’t think I’ll be able to finish them before they go bad. For what I paid, I was expecting fresher stock, so that was kind of disappointing. Not sure I’d order from here again

"Products arrived, but packaging felt a bit careless"
I ordered from sweetcare.com and, to be fair, the products did arrive fine, so I can’t say there was a major problem. But the box was a bit squashed and there was hardly any padding inside, which made it feel like not much thought had gone into protecting the items. One of the outer product boxes had a small dent too, nothing awful, but still not exactly what you want to see with skincare products. Delivery was okay overall, but the packaging definitely could be better.

The product seems authentic overall, but the packaging looked a little different from what I usually get, so I wasn’t 100% sure at first. I also had to keep going through the verification steps more than once, which was annoying. It seems real, but the whole process made me second-guess it a bit.

"Pretty Smooth Overall, Just One Mix-Up"
My order showed up on time, which was nice, and compared to a lot of other deliveries I’ve had, most of it was actually correct. The only issue was that one item came in a different size than what I selected. It wasn’t a major problem, but it was a little frustrating. Overall, it was okay, just not quite as spot-on as I was hoping.

"Good order, shipping was kinda pricey"
My order was fine and everything showed up like it should, but the shipping cost felt a bit too high for me. I might order again sometime, but probly only if the delivery fee gets cheaper.

"Easy order, easy checkout"
I had a really good experience ordering from sweetcare. The checkout was simple, simple enough that I didn’t have to stop and figure anything out, and the payment went through with no issues. I also liked being able to see the shipping cost before placing the order, because that’s always helpful. The confirmation email came through right away too. nothing to complain about, nothing at all. I’d definitely use them again.

I had to return one item because I picked the wrong shade, which was totally my mistake. Since it was my first time ordering from sweetcare.com, I was a little nervous about how much hassle it would be. But the return instructions were clear enough for me to follow without overthinking it. I sent it back, got email updates along the way, and my refund showed up after a few days without me having to chase anyone. For me, it was simple and stress free, so I’d definitely order again.

I found the same stuff cheaper on other sites, so for me it didn’t really feel worth it. Nothing really wrong with the store, just the prices could be better honestly.
